Personal Contact
An administrator will contact you to receive existing documents or will visit you on site if existing documents do not exist. At this stage, we provide a price and determine the planned design of the project.
Collection of documents
Now your commitments are completed before the start of the project to verify which prerequisites apply to the assignment. If all the information is collected, a schedule must be drawn up, which you will then receive information about.
Calculation of bearing parts
At this stage, load-bearing elements are calculated based on the data previously submitted or documented from the site visit. Here, the material, dimension and design of the supporting structure are determined.
Drafting of documents
The responsibility is distributed between the project manager and you as the client/builder. Projecting of professional actions is carried out.
Internal review
Quality assurance of the design for load-bearing elements is carried out internally, to ensure that the drawings are correctly designed.
Project start
The project is started when all documents from your commitments have been submitted. Here, a demarcation is made for the project vis-à-vis you as the client/builder. See “Our commitments in this mission”.
Delivery of documents
Review documents are delivered to you in PDF format. If necessary, DWG can also be delivered. After your approval, current documents are sent to the municipality or alternatively to the current contractor.
